Founder, The MO'ED Method

Coach and practitioner

For a long time I did what most disciplined people do: I got very good at one thing at a time. I trained the body hard and let the mind run on fumes. I sharpened the mind and ignored what was happening underneath it. Each phase looked like progress from the outside. None of it held.

The pattern kept repeating until it was impossible to miss. A gain in one domain was quietly financed by a loss in another. Strength without steadiness. Clarity without conviction. I was not lacking effort. I was lacking a method that treated me as one person instead of a set of separate problems.

MO'ED came out of that reckoning. The word means an appointed time — a fixed meeting you keep regardless of how you feel about it. I started keeping appointments across all four domains on the same schedule, refusing to let one starve so another could sprint. For the first time, the progress stayed.

That is the whole reason this exists. Not because the world needs another program, but because the people I respect most are tired of being coached in fragments. They want the body, the mind, the heart, and the spirit taken seriously at once, by someone who will hold the standard when they would rather lower it.

MO'ED is offered in two frames — Faith and Core — because the people it is built for do not all share the same starting point, and pretending otherwise would be dishonest. The method underneath is identical. What differs is only the language it is spoken in.
