Program and Billing Terms

The program

The MO'ED Method is a 90-day program, billed as 3 monthly payments. Billing ends automatically after your third payment; you do not need to do anything to stop it.

Your program starts on the 1st of the month. Enroll by the 5th and you'll join that month's group; enroll after the 5th and you'll start on the 1st of the following month. For our October 2026 launch, enrollment through October 7 joins the October group. All dates use Central time.

90-day commitment, cancellation and refunds

1. Refund window. If you cancel within 48 hours of your enrollment payment, or at any time before your program start date, email info@themoedmethod.com for a refund of your enrollment payment minus a $50 administrative fee.

2. 90-day commitment. After your program start date, you are committed to the full 90-day program and all 3 payments. We do not offer cancellation for convenience after your start date.

3. Medical or hardship exception. If a medical issue or serious hardship prevents you from continuing, email info@themoedmethod.com with a short explanation. We review each request in good faith and may either pause your program and billing so you can rejoin a later month's group within 60 days and continue where you left off, or release you from your remaining payments. We may ask for reasonable documentation. Payments already made are not refunded.

4. Death or disability. If you die, or become disabled and unable to participate for the rest of the program, no further payments will be charged.

5. Access. If you are released from your remaining payments, you keep access through the end of the billing period you already paid for.

6. Refunds. Outside of the refund window in point 1, payments are non-refundable.

7. Coach cancellation. We may end your program for non-payment, for conduct that makes coaching unsafe or inappropriate, or when your needs fall outside our scope of practice. If we end it for any reason other than non-payment or misconduct, we will not charge any remaining payments.

Missed payments

If a monthly payment can't be collected, we'll automatically retry the charge and email you a secure link to update your payment method. If payment still can't be collected, your membership may be canceled.

Referral discount

If someone you refer joins using the code MOEDPLUSONE, you and your referral both move to 20% off for the rest of your 90 days.
