The Tracks
One method. Two ways of naming it.
MO'ED Faith and MO'ED Core are not different programs. They are the identical methodology described in two languages, so you can enter through the frame that is true to you. Read them side by side and choose.
MO'ED Faith
The methodology, held within a Christian frame.
For those who order their lives by faith. The four domains are the same, but their center and their reasons are explicitly Christian — the body entrusted, the mind renewed, the heart discerned, the spirit formed in prayer and Scripture.
Physical Stewardship
The body is entrusted to you, not owned by you. Stewardship means training it with discipline and gratitude, treating strength, rest, and nourishment as acts of responsibility to the One who gave it.
Mental Formation
The mind is renewed, not left to its defaults. Formation means governing attention and thought so that conviction, not impulse, sets the direction of a life.
Emotional Alignment
Emotion is a signal to be discerned, not a master to be obeyed. Alignment means naming what you feel, testing it against what is true, and letting steadiness carry you through.
Spiritual Formation
This is the center that orders the rest. Formation means a deepening life of faith, prayer, and Scripture that anchors identity and gives every other domain its purpose.
MO'ED Core
The methodology, in secular terms.
For those who order their lives by clarified values. The four domains are the same, framed in terms of stewardship, reason, honesty, and purpose — no religious language required, the same disciplined result.
Physical Stewardship
The body is the one instrument you cannot trade in. Stewardship means training it deliberately, treating strength, rest, and nourishment as the foundation every other domain is built on.
Mental Formation
The mind is trainable, not fixed. Formation means governing attention and thought so that reason, not reactivity, sets the direction of a life.
Emotional Alignment
Emotion is data, not a directive. Alignment means naming what you feel, examining it honestly, and acting from steadiness rather than reaction.
Spiritual Formation
This is the center that orders the rest. Formation means clarifying values, meaning, and conviction so that purpose — not momentum — directs how the other three are spent.
Not sure which frame is yours? It does not change the work. Choose the one you can be honest inside of, and the method will hold either way.
