The MO'ED Method, operated by MO'ED Wellness, LLC
Effective October 1, 2026

The MO'ED Method (“MO'ED,” “we,” “us”) is a coaching program operated by MO'ED Wellness, LLC, a Texas limited liability company. This policy explains what information we collect through themoedmethod.com and our coaching program, how we use it, and the choices you have. If you have questions, email info@themoedmethod.com.

1. Who this applies to

This policy applies to visitors to themoedmethod.com, people who apply to the program, and enrolled clients. The program is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us when you apply: your name, email address, phone number, preferred track (Faith or Core), goals, experience, schedule, and anything else you choose to share on the application.

Information you give us as a client:

  • Health History: emergency contact, medications, allergies, diagnosed conditions, past injuries or surgeries, readiness questionnaire answers, and physician information.
  • Intake assessments: your Needs Assessment, Lifestyle Audit, and Baseline Assessment, which may include body measurements, progress photos, fitness benchmarks, sleep, nutrition, and spiritual or reflective practices.
  • Ongoing program data: weekly check-ins, habit scores, notes, and messages you send us.

Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are never stored on our systems. We receive only limited details such as your name, email, payment status, and subscription status.

Information collected automatically: when you use our website, our hosting provider may record standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited. The client portal and admin area use cookies or similar storage only to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies.

3. How we use your information

We use your information to:

  • review your application and communicate with you about it
  • enroll you, process payments, and manage your subscription
  • design and adjust your training, nutrition, and coaching plan
  • review your progress and prepare feedback
  • send program emails such as welcome messages, weekly content, and reminders
  • keep the program safe, including screening health information for readiness before you begin
  • improve the program using aggregated, de-identified information

Use of AI tools: we use artificial intelligence tools to help draft plans, summaries, and reflections from the information you provide. A MO'ED coach reviews and approves anything before it is shared with you. We do not use your information to train public AI models.

Testimonials and case studies: we will only share your story, results, or photos publicly if you give separate, written consent. You can withdraw that consent for future use at any time.

4. How we share information

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

We share information only with service providers that help us run the program, and only as needed for them to do so:

  • Stripe for payments
  • Supabase for secure data storage
  • Vercel for website hosting
  • Microsoft 365 for email
  • Google Workspace / Google Drive for client file storage
  • AI service providers that process information on our behalf under terms that restrict their use of it

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect someone's safety in an emergency, or as part of a sale or reorganization of the business, in which case this policy would continue to apply to your information.

5. Health information

We treat health information as sensitive. Your Health History is visible only to MO'ED coaching staff and is never shown in the client portal or shared publicly. MO'ED is a coaching and education program, not a healthcare provider, and is not a covered entity under HIPAA. We still protect this information with access controls, encryption in transit, and limited access.

6. How we protect your information

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls that limit each client to their own data, and restricted administrator access. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information and will notify you as required by law if a breach affects you.

7. How long we keep information

  • Applications that do not result in enrollment: up to 12 months, then deleted.
  • Client records: for the length of your program and up to 3 years after, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or we are required to keep them longer for legal, tax, or payment reasons.

8. Your choices and rights

You can:

  • request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
  • ask us to correct information that is wrong
  • ask us to delete your information, subject to records we must keep by law
  • opt out of non-essential emails at any time
  • withdraw consent for testimonials or case studies

To make a request, email info@themoedmethod.com. We will respond within 30 days. Texas residents may have additional rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, and we will honor them.

9. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and notify enrolled clients by email.
